The 48" Economy Root Grapple Rake Attachment features an extra-wide rake opening style grapple with long tines for digging and ripping roots out of the soil. This clamshell, root grapple rake design is compatible with John Deere loaders featuring a hook and pin connection. Included with the implement is a single 3,000 PSI cylinder, which guarantees heavy-lifting power. We have included greaseable pins, bushings, hoses, and couplers for your convenience. With its clamshell design, the Root Grapple Rake is an excellent and efficient landscaping tool for ripping up roots and lifting loose debris.

“Unit is built very good has lots of power very satisfied. Delivery was excellent although it's good that I had a forklift to remove from the truck but the hydraulic hose was a couple of feet too long.. I have a 3046 John Deere loader. I had one very similar in the past, and you would be amazed on what you can pick up with it even piles of dead grass that you would think would go right through it, but it squeezes it. The tool is a back saver and saves enormous amount of time highly recommended.”

“Functions well, moves brush, and downed trees with ease. Hose was damaged in shipment, replacement was sent promptly. Excellent value! Would recommend if your looking for the functionality.”

“Grapple works good. I had called customer service 9 days ago still no reply. The Grapple is missing a zerk fitting and had a loose fitting leaking oil all over the hoses and protective sleeve. asked for new sleeve and have not heard from anyone for 9 days. not happy with that”

“This thing is awesome. I installed this onto my JD 1025R and it is freaking awesome! It's heavy and well-built, and I never realized I needed this and can't understand how I got anything done before. I have used it to push, grab and pull out brush or small trees, and it continues to do more and more that could have saved me a lot of hassle in the past. If anyone is contemplating purchasing this grapple, stop wasting time, buy it, and get S**T done. I wasted weeks trying to find the best product or purchase and it is this. Thanks y'all and I WILL buy more implements from here. Brian”

“Every thing from ordering, delivery to installation was fantastic It’s just what my 1025r needed. I’m like a kid in a candy store. The only minor minor error is a missing zerk, and l plan to contact customer service and have one sent out”
