“The product is fine, excluding the dings and scratched paint from shipping, however It was shipped and never arrived. No one noticed the "lost in freight" item at the company. When I contacted them and the problem was identified, the representative immediately offered a reorder or a refund. I selected the reorder and received the product in a reasonable time frame.”

“Well constructed. Design allows for box to be lifted with pallet forks so this can be used as a front ballast as well. Paint is adequate, but two small areas at on the top rim had already chipped away before arrival. Powder coating would have been better, but would probably have added cost.”

“I made the mistake of ordering a cheaper box from another site. Then I was informed that it would take THREE WEEKS for me to get it. Really??? I guess they had to put it on the boat and hope for the best... I ordered this box from Titan (my third purchase from them), and was informed about every step of the process--as usual. It only took five days to arrive. This box is very well made, and quite sturdy. It will save me the trouble of attaching my bush hog for use as ballast. It costs a few dollars more than the other one, but I firmly believe that it was worth it. Simple to install the hitch pins and connect to the tractor initially, but I totally recommend placing it on flat, level ground to reattach if you don't plan on emptying it after filling it with ballast material. It will obviously be heavy and more difficult to maneuver. But as tractor owners, we're used to that, right? :) Titan has yet to let me down, so I guess they're stuck with me...”
