“It had a rough life during shipping. If you use sand in it make sure to tape off the holes and door. It will leak out as it dries.”

“Poor packing and inferior paint job resulted in blistered paint, dents, scratches, missing parts, severe rusting. Get the shipping insurance! The company sent me a total of 4 trying to make this right. Last one arrived strapped to a pallet which helped but box was still damaged. Cheers for their efforts to fix the problem, sad face for a product improperly prepped for painting and lousy packaging and shipping service. Highly recommend the company but not the ballast box.”

“I ordered the 3-Point Ballast box about 2 months ago. It arrived damaged on a few sides due to poor packaging- several deep dents with the paint missing. upon contacting customer service they finally offered a 10% refund which I agreed to. it has been almost 2 months of going back and forth with their customer service department to get the refund processed. As of writing this I still do not have the refund. Very disappointing.”

“The ballast box is excellent for counterbalancing if you are on a budget. This add-on helps my tractor with balancing when using my front loader to lift heavy items. The tractor doesn't bounce a lot now that I have a ballast box. I will be adding liquid balance to my rear tires shortly.”
