“I received my box, and the packaging was pitiful; it was poor cardboard and plastic wrapped, every corner was ripped open, and the box was scraped or dented in multiple areas. I contacted support and even sent a video of the poor presentation when it arrived; I asked for a discount on the purchase and some touchup paint to stop it from rusting since multiple areas were down to the steel. The box works exactly what I wanted, but I must repaint it when delivered. The price should be pristine, and the quality of the cardboard should be thick enough to protect the corners and the box from shipping. There were no styrofoam corners, not even extra cardboard on the corners. Support offered an email with a 5% discount on any other item I ordered. I'm not jumping on that if I must repaint everything to keep it from rusting.”

“Good item, packed as well as possible, luckiy the protruding lift points, top link fixture and lower ball hitch tongue weren't bent, just scuffed a bit.”

“The ballast box works fine. However, it has delivered with one of the attachments to a 3 point hitch bent. I had to heat and bend it back into place before it was useful. So even though, Titan pestered me constantly about writing a review, I have yet to ever hear from them about my problem with the attachment. Sounds like the marketing department is more effective than their service department.”

“It looks well-constructed, readily holds 500-600 lbs of blocks, and has a nice paint job. The only issue with it is that the width between the lower mount points is a bit narrow and the top mount point sets somewhat far back, making it a tight fit and requiring the box to be tilted forward (or adjustment of the top link, which is a pain if you're frequently using your three-point for other attachments). I recommend this box, but you may need to buy some large washers to space the lower pins, as well as an extra top link.”

“Heavy gauge and sufficiently welded seams. Filled with cement, it added the ballast I needed for correct operation. Shipping was on time as well.”
