Hitch-Mounted Ripper Reviews

Read Titan Attachments Reviews

This single-tine ripper conditions soil and creates trenches for laying water lines, wires, and hoses. Attach it to any ATV, UTV, or Cat 0/Cat 1 tractor with a 2" hitch and rip through tough, compact soil with ease with the replaceable shank and reversible carbon steel tooth. Two height adjustment options allow you to easily adjust the digging depth, with the attachment measuring either 14.25" or 16.25" from the center of the hitch to the tip of the ripper. Constructed with thick powder-coated steel and quality welding, this lightweight ripper comes with a shear bolt to protect your attachment and your machine when encountering hard dirt or hidden rocks - and has 3" of steel past the pin hole when installed to ensure a secure fit and to prevent wobbling.

This hitch mounted ripper is built strong and is easy to attach and remove. It requires a 3 point hitch adapter, but is easy to use since it is on the 3 point hitch of the tractor so you can easily set the depth. The cost is very reasonable for what you get.

Best money I ever spent, made short work of busting up the ground, sliced through rocky soil like a Hot Knife through Butter . Very well built, look forward to purchasing more Titan products. Only thing I wish is that I would have taken a video of it in action.

Need this to rip soil for a few ditches. Showed up in a box, which was great since none of the other implements did.

Worked greater for uprooting and making a small trench. Wish the ripper was wider or the had different options for attachment like a bolt on plow. This tool is solid and well made.

This is a strong piece - and will probably bend the hitch socket before it would bend. The tip is pressed on, so replacing it looks challenging. Hopefully I never need to replace it.

I wish they made this in a 20 inch model. Maybe release a longer attachment for this unit? By the time it fits to the hitch, then into the dirt, you're going down 10 to 12 inches at best. I want one that goes deeper but this will help cut the earth before trenching machine does the rest.
