“This item arrived exactly as expected and performs as I need. I wish Titan would have packaged the items together instead of sending two large boxes each containing a separate handle as it would have saved them or me a few dollars.”

“Got this piece on sale which is cool. When it was delivered there was a fair amount of use inside the handle which made it not roll very well. Had to oil and brush it out. Pretty sure brand new equipment shouldn’t have that issue but I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Does what it is supposed to. Like some other reviewers, mine came a bit rusty as well. But that doesn’t effect the rotation of the handle in my opinion. Can’t beat the price so I’m satisfied”

“The handle came rusted on both ends. Sent pictures to Titan support and received a full refund on the purchase. Appreciate the resolution from Titan to keep customers happy. However, the handle itself does not rotate smoothly, probably due to the rust inside. I sprayed a dripping amount of WD-40 into the handles from both ends, but still not able to get it operating smoothly. Nevertheless, the handle still functions, but the quality can be further improved. Regardless, I still like Titan and their overall high-quality gym products at reasonable price, backed by a good customer service team.”
