This pro-style lateral exercise bar features a high-quality steel construction with shiny chrome finish, knurled grip surfaces on the bar, and a revolving hanger in the middle for more versatility in movements. The D-shaped handles are comfortable, provide ample hand space, and also have a knurled surface. Hook in the middle of the bar fits most lateral bar connections.

“Titan ROCKS!!! Was checking my computer, noticed an e-mail from Titan, went to the front door and there is my new lat bar. No box dings. Couldn't wait to open. Bar is unbelievable. Looks and feels great. Super solid build with great welds. This is definitely well made. Will be hitting a workout Wednesday with this but I can already tell y'all that this will be one of my new favorite pieces to use. I'll be using this for biceps, triceps, shoulders and back.
