“Nice little grip workout while doing tricep pulldowns. When your grip fades the cups at the end hold your hands just fine. I don't have any problem using just as much weight with this as I do with a normal bar.”

“Works pretty well. One critique however is that I wish the attachment hole for the rope was bigger because sometimes when you attach both cables to it they kind of get stuck and hard to full connect due to just the lack of space for the attachment.”
