The only thing that bugs me about it is the backboard is too thin. Should be 2” or more. I m gonna make a thicker one. Other than that it rattles a little to much but it works and does the job.

The platform is stable, well made. The swivel is well made, but unusable - you can't get the non-stop session you want.(Yes, I have been in the boxing world for the last 20 years). The board is also super thin and cheap. However, for the price paid, you can't ask for more. What was my solution: 1) $20 swivel from amazon (everlast), 2) two 23 inch wooden circle boards from Lowes ($17 each), glued them, drill them, paint them - Done.

adjustablity is good..I would like to see a thicker platform made for less vibration. the mounts and bolts are very strong.. price is very reasonable.

I set this up so I (5'10") use it at the highest setting and it goes low enough for my 5 year old to hit also. Everything about it is very nice, except for the tabs to connect the chrome vertical bar to the mounting brackets being a little to far apart causing a need for shims.

as stated in other reviews, the sleeve is a little loose on the chrome bar. I too ended up driving in a few shims to keep it from moving and making a ton of noise. also mounted to the wall since i have a folding rack. works great!

One other thing i forgot in prior review. Make sure your rack is a tall one i have a body solid squat rack and it is about 6-8 inches too short. I ended up mounting to my exposed wall studs by creating strong cross supports to mount the frame. The mount is rock solid even though the item has issues as previously noted. Its a good mounting alternative so you dont use up squat rack space. I would put my strong wall mount up against any mount for this item. Yes the mount is that solid.

Needed to attached a speed bag to my Hoist Smith Gym as my wall space is limited. This Titan speed bag platform is perfect, just needed to drill a couple of holes and I was good to go!
