I love this handy little piece of equipment. It's desinged to the keep the plates steady and square against the face of the handle as you do straight bar rows or overhead presses. It's one of those pieces of equipment that you debate whether you need but then love adding it into your routines. It's been a great addition when I want to add variation to traditional rows or presses. It's also great if you're training a beginner who needs to start out light.

I like that you can flip it and use it as a stand to slide weights on and off the bar easier!

Made well, looks nice. When not in use I store my standard Z bar in it on the floor next to my weight tree.
