“It’s an ok tool. I could do without it. Not one that I would use all the time. Not sure yet if it is a good investment. It just makes for an awkward movement.. now, if you brace your other hand on a bench, it works alot better, thus you can get a better range of motion. I’ve built my back without this contraception, I was hoping it would be a good add. But, I’ll give it a couple more try’s before I could give a better opinion. Having said this, I like most of my Titan equipment.”
