“Rubber grips tend to turn on the handles. For me, the length and angles of the handles makes rows feel awkward and range of motion limited. Possibly a taller person using smaller plates would benefit more.”

“I like using the angled landmine handle w/ rubber grip. My only issues are the odd angle of the grip takes some getting used to and the rubber handles slip off of the metal easily after some use. I fixed this with a little gorilla glue. Otherwise, this is a great piece of equipment.”
