Got this for lifting and CrossFit WODs for my wife and I. Solid. Bolted to a 2x12 stringer board to wall and 3/4" plywood underneath sitting on top of carpet. Amazing can do kipping pull ups, Toes to bar, ring rows, knee raises would need a hole in the ceiling for muscle ups, but this rack could definitely handle it. The j hooks are solid and glad I went with the 3x3 steel. Only 18" from wall perfect for our small space. Didn't need the extra side bars for bracing below.

Used this in conjunction with my other rig which had the rig mounted leg press. This enabled me to keep the leg press mounted and not lose rack space. the 18” spacers were plenty

Great product and delivered on time. Nice welds, and overall very solid wallmount rack. 18” is a nice distance away from the wall and still gives me plenty of room to fit 2 cars in the garage. Squat rack comes out a total of about 23-24 inches from the wall when adding the width of the wooden stringer and the 3” of the rack itself.

It’s a great rack for the money but you have to use a stringer to mount it. The rack is spaced 45” apart so can’t go directly into studs.
