The product itself was purchased as a gift for someone. As far as the product goes, the recipient was happy with the function of it but not the condition in which it arrived. The 3-star rating was for the fact that the item arrived in a damaged box which caused the item to be scratched and one endcap dented in. The recipient of the gift did not want me to go through the hassle of trying to return the item. Customer service did end up sending out a replacement end cap but did not seem very concerned that the item I purchased as a gift for someone else arrived scratched up. Titan's attitude was that the damage was "cosmetic". I don't feel that a brand new item should be received in this condition. I sent Titan pictures of the damages to the box and the end cap but they wanted more pictures of the "cosmetic" issues. I told them I no longer had the item and I was tired of the back and forth emails. In the end I received a 5% discount on a future regular priced item. I don't think I will be using this company again. So, if you order from Titan keep this in mind.

So the bolt placement is the worse for the ground, you can’t get the angle to bolt it down to the ground correctly. If they put the hole for the bolt on the side it would be a lot better and smarter of Titan but it’s right under the tree to where it’s blocking it

The titan wall mount rack is awesome. I mounted two of them and they keep my weights organized and off the floor. They don't take up much space.

The rack it self is very well made. Super solid construction. No negatives about it. The only issue is the wall anchors they come with do not work at all, it needs to either be shipped with different anchors or fully threaded fasteners. The shouldered lag bolt that come with it would work great directly into a stud but the they will not grab once inserted into the drywall anchor because only the unthreaded shoulder on the lag bolt is in contact with it once fully inserted.

There's a lot to like about this rack. Especially the fact that it sits back at an angle (easy to load) and transfers weight to the floor. Cons: There were some scuffs and chips, and the included hardware was not good (drywall anchors didn't hold and one of the lag bolts snapped). I was able to take care of these problems on my own, and considering the price, it was still worth it.

We now have three of these in our basement gym. They’re great. Not expensive, work very well.
