Glute Ham Glider Reviews

4.8 Rating 121 Reviews

The Glute Ham Glider is a great tool for training the entire posterior chain. Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

“This is the 2nd item I've purchased from Titan. Both are great quality for a good price. The glider is so well made and rolls with such ease it enables me to isolate what I'm working on, and i have found it to be versatile. To date this is my favorite go to place for gym equipment. Excellent shipping time etc.”

“Great and very sturdy piece of equipment. Set it up and used it as soon as it arrived. Rolls easily on any surface, even a higher pile carpet. Shipping was very quick as well. Titan is a great company with quality workout equipment!”
