Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

“Great product - well made. Smooth rollers means you can focus on the movements rather than whether the thing is in place. I'm a big guy and it doesn't even flex under my weight.”

“I had originally bought the cheaper version of this, yes4all, but the castor wheels didn’t have the right washer and glider so the wheels kept rubbing against the equipment and didn’t roll well. This one however, was very smooth and sturdy. Quite the difference between the 2 products. While it was easy to assemble, it would’ve been better if Titan also provided a wrench to lock in the washers and screws. I had to improve because I didn’t have that particular size.”
