The added 15" of width and 4" of thickness give your back and shoulders additional support while performing bench presses. “I have a personal home gym around 20 people work out in. It has a Facebook page Thurman’s full throttle fitness. We have several Titan items in the gym but none has been as popular as the Hefty pad. Everyone loves this pad. It does take a little getting used to if you have never used this type of pad. It saves your shoulders and it seems to add little to your bench.”

“Really Solid. I didnt even attach it to a bench. I just lay it on the floor and use it for BP, DB Press, Flyes. Still get full range of motion and the wider pad provides great back and shoulder support.”

“Great pad very dense and the tacky covering is great you can really pack your shoulder in nice and tight with great support thanks to the wider dimensions of this pad. The tacky covering is great you stay put when driving your legs great upgrade I’m very satisfied.”
