The rubber lifting tiles are designed to be added to the Deadlift Platform or Olympic Lifting Platform Frame. Sold as a pack of four, 1.6" thick, impact-resistant center rubber tiles to support any workout and fitness equipment style. Easy to install, the edges fit together smoothly and appear nearly invisible once placed. These non-slip rubber tiles can create custom mats for home gyms or customize a designated lifting platform to perform deadlifts, cleans, jerks, or other movements to test your muscle gains.
NOTE: These tiles are only compatible with the Deadlift Platform, 8 FT Olympic Lifting Platform, and Olympic Lifting Platform. They will not substitute for the TITAN Series Power Rack Lifting Platform.

“Placed over 1/4 inch rubber flooring, I tested a ~350lb deadlift and there is minimal vibration. There doesn't seem to be a need for plywood with these tiles. I do wish (like the Rogue deadlift tiles), there was a "smooth top" option. With free shipping though, these are a steal!”

“I bought these so I can pull closer to floor and drop loaded barbell from overhead in my garage with out decimating the concrete floor. It does the trick by protecting your floor. However the barbell does bounce off the tiles more than I’d like and higher than stall mats. Overall good product.”

“These are thick, durable, and absolutely a floor saver. Initially there was a strong rubber odor, but after airing it out for 4 hours outside the smell went away. The only way you can smell the rubber is if you put your nose to it. I do all types of lifts with dead-lifts just past 400lbs and these mats work just fine.”
