Read Titan Fitness Reviews

The Deadlift Platform offers a designated spot for the highest-level performance in reaching a new deadlift or snatch weight PR. Built as an 8' x 4' bolt-together 2" x 2" 11-gauge steel structure that gives a competitive feel that will protect your weight plates, floor, and dampens the sound of your lifting.
The platform is available in three options: a frame only, or a frame with four or eight shock-absorbing rubber tiles. It comes complete with long band pegs and a set of floor clips to securely anchor the platform to the ground. Enhance your strength and technique with a dedicated space to track your muscle progress on the Deadlift Platform.
NOTE: If you intend to use the band pegs, Titan strongly recommends securing the frame to the ground to prevent the frame from bowing.

The platform frame is solid. It looks really professional and should last a lifetime. I bought the frame with 4 pads so I could use a plywood base in the center. I used a 4x8 half inch plywood under the pads to lift pads flush with frame. I used two 4x4 3/4 inch plywood pieces for the center. The only thing keeping this DL platform from getting a 5 star rating is that I had to cut back the plywood pieces quite a bit so they would fit. It Titan made the frame so that the plywood could be placed without modification it would have been money. Other than that hassle, I am really enjoying my new Deadlift platform.

It took about 2 months after the box was destroyed in shipping, but Titans customer service was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Seriously, it was incredible. Even if I hated my platform with 4 tiles, I would still be a return customer. But. I love the platform. Everything aligned well and had a nice finish on it. Highly recommend. I just bought a sheet of wood and cut it roughly in half and used the 2 pieces for the center piece and it sits flush with the rubber tiles. The rubber tiles dont push up flush against the frame because of the bolts. So I hollowed out the rubber where the bolts sit so that I could push the tiles up tight against the frame. That, I highly reccomend doing.

When you are building the wood platform do measuring your self. After the screws art tightened the board needs to be square 3ft 11in by 3ft 11 inches. Not 4ft by 4ft
