In my opinion this one is so much better than these expensive GHDs. It’s a Roman Chair, a Hyperextension and a very stable “GHD” as opposed to the expensive ones with that huge memory foam D pads that will tweak your back every time. I much prefer the flat pads on this one and how you can adjust them.

One of the best additions to my garage gym. Ever since it was delivered, I used it every day as part of my regular workout. It is a solid machine and very comfortable to use. Great investment!

To be totally honest it is a bit shaky and wobbly, but when your body weight gets on the machine it tends to hold it all together well. The more I use it the more comfortable it feels. It’s just like switching gyms and getting the feel of all the new equipment.

This is the first product I have bought from Titan. I was a little hesitant after seeing some of the youtube vids showing defects. This came in with all parts with fast shipping and works great. Probably the cheapest way to get GHDs, back extensions and reverse hypers with bands. Highly recommend it.

Pros -Affordable and not much more expensive than standard back extension. -Front pad and feet of the machine are very sturdy. -Most positions (upright to flatter positions) on the machine are effective and comfortable. -Being able to adjust to a more horizontal position is great for changing things up and working lower back, glutes, and hammies from different angles. Cons -The piece with the footplate and pads is wobbly, however when you get set in the machine, you don't really notice it. -Adjusting the height of the footplate and pads is a huge pain. You have to completely unscrew and remove the pin to be able to slide it up or down. Then while holding the weight of the footplate, you have to align the hole and screw in the pin. -Adjusting the other parts of the machine are not as bad, but still not user friendly. -Footplate/pads cannot be put in a high enough position - This causes the back of my knees get stressed when the front bad is parallel to floor. - My front pad ripped the first time I put it in the horizontal position (hopefully Titan will replace) Overall I'm happy with the purchase. You don't get as much versatility as a GHD, which is way more expensive, but it gives you more versatility than a standard back extension machine.
