I like the multifunctionality of the machine and that it doesn't take up too much room. It was a little shakey at first, but you get used to it. . .just don't go super fast and it is fine. However, the knob for adjusting the foot plates was defective. A spring or something inside came off and now the knob doesn't click into the pre-dilled holes. As a result, the footrest doesn't 'seat' in as it should-leading to the foot plate sliding down the post. I contacted the company to start warranty process to see if it can be fixed.without at that little piece I can't safely use the equipment.

Great quality machine. Using it in my home gym, so its perfect for that. Easy to put together. Quality powder coat/paint. Very happy with this purchase

Well constructed. Solid material. The unit is just too small. My hamstrings are on the cushion doing sit-ups and hyper extensions are not possible with that much pressure on the knee. Make the 45 degree bar at least 12 inches longer and include a few more adjustable holes.

Well made machine. Smaller footprint than some of the others but it was really easy to assemble. The directions were not bad, just do not tighten any bolts until you have it together then use a socket set to tighten everything down. I have been using it for ab work one day and back work the next. Honestly price, and size are perfect.

In my opinion this one is so much better than these expensive GHDs. It’s a Roman Chair, a Hyperextension and a very stable “GHD” as opposed to the expensive ones with that huge memory foam D pads that will tweak your back every time. I much prefer the flat pads on this one and how you can adjust them.

One of the best additions to my garage gym. Ever since it was delivered, I used it every day as part of my regular workout. It is a solid machine and very comfortable to use. Great investment!

To be totally honest it is a bit shaky and wobbly, but when your body weight gets on the machine it tends to hold it all together well. The more I use it the more comfortable it feels. It’s just like switching gyms and getting the feel of all the new equipment.
