“First machine arrived in garbage bags after FedEx smashed the crate. I refused delivery and sent it back. A week passed before titan reached out and scolded me on not buying shipping insurance. But I explained I just don't accept damaged goods and won't take a chance when it's a 2k+ investment. They shipped a new one out and it arrived in another week in perfect shape. No complaints on the functionality or build other than some rather heavy powder coating in spots and the weight stacks being various shades of black rather than consistent. But that's a very small gripe”

“The unit shipped in a crate and had parts that fell out, and I had to grab out of the back of the truck that the driver didn’t notice. Had I not done this I would not have had all the weights. The instructions were fairly poor, but some YouTube videos did help. my cables do not reach and so I have to pin a hole three or four from the end, which does not allow use of the full weight stack and stops the range of travel when trying to use it for other exercises. I have been waiting about two weeks from resolution from Titan support and they say they can’t figure out what’s wrong after I’ve sent them pictures and videos and won’t send me new cables. so I am sitting with a $2000 machine that doesn’t work correctly and they are in no hurry to fix.”

“Lat Pull/Low Row is a great piece of equipment. Highly recommend. Be prepared however, the instructions leave a great deal to be desired.”

“I've had the machine for over 3 weeks. The cables are too short. Meaning that only about 2 threads are holding and at that, the top 10lb weight is held open. I've voiced me concern and have been handed off to different departments. I was told initialy that this was a known issue and "a lot" of people had this issue. They requested photos, that I sent. Then they requested a vidieo and said I probably installed the cable wrong, which I didn't. I sent the video. I'm now told to wait for this to be reviewed 30-45 days. The only person I can talk to appears to be a call center that can't actually answer any questions other than "it's being reviewed and thanks for your patience". In the mean time my email is full of Titan ads and requests for reviews.... This seems like an easy fix. Send out longer cables. Especially if it's a known issue. I'm going to start looking into returning the machine. It's not safe to use and there doesn't seem to be a fix from Titan. Update: It's now been over a month and they don't reach out to keep me up to date. I'm looking into returning the machine...”

“So first the good stuff. This machine is incredibly well made, with quality parts, heavy gauge steel and quality padding and upholstery (as I understand the upholstery has been recently upgraded). I just completed assembly and I'm amazed at how smooth this thing is, as good as any cable machine I've ever used, home or commercial gym. Now for the not-so-good... First, the crate it was packed in was smashed and I was missing two of the weights, so three weeks later I have them. Then as assembly advanced I discovered I was missing many nuts/bolts needed. Two weeks to receive those. I must say that customer service although a bit cumbersome, was effective and got me the parts I needed. Then on the final two steps of assembly, I discovered I was missing metal spacers necessary to center the pulleys, so being tired of waiting and not being able to use the machine I went ahead and fabricated my spacers and finished the unit. The instructions for this machine are horrible as well. Difficult to interpret the schematics, written instructions mention locations of assembly such as P1 and P2 etc, but the schematics do not indicate those locations, that would be a huge improvement for assembly, as well as packaging and marking the numerous nuts and bolts so you don't have to constantly try to figure out lengths of each and where to use... All that said, a very good piece of equipment, smooth, substantial (I used a floor jack to raise the unit to move its almost 600 lbs total weight), high quality in each piece, and very smooth aluminum pulleys. This is the second Titan machine I've purchased and assembled (also a leg curl/extension) as well as several other smaller pieces. I will continue to look to Titan for any additional pieces I need in my home gym.”

“This is a great machine. If you’re looking for a lat machine that competes with a piece you would find in a commercial gym, this is the piece to purchase . The footprint of the machine is perfect for a small space such as a garage gym. Unfortunately I grabbed this at its current price and wish I got it when it was $1000. Nonetheless, you will certainly enjoy this great piece from Titan. Last thing to note - be prepared to spend significant time putting this together especially if doing it by yourself.”
