T Bar Rowing Platform Reviews

4.6 Rating 66 Reviews
Read Titan Fitness Reviews

Add this rowing platform to your home gym arsenal to create a fully functional T bar row station with only half the footprint. All you need to start performing upper body workouts with this platform is a standard barbell and a rack-mounted landmine. The elevated design allows you to perform rows at a deficit with an increased range of motion for bigger gains in your interior posterior chain, including your lats. Two spacious anti-slip footplates keep your feet at an angle more in line with the angle of your barbell during landmine rows and ensure proper form while working out. And it features a protective UHMW strip at the front center of the platform prevents your barbell from contacting the rowing platform’s steel components. This T row platform has a robust steel build and a stable base for wobble-free workouts with rubber feet to prevent your platform from slipping or sliding.

I would of given it a 5-star review, but needs to have a higher bar rest in the middle. I used a couple of pieces of wood and Gorilla Tape. That did the trick.

We keep finding lots of different exercises in our home gym using this piece of equipment. So glad we got it.

This provides a good way to add range of motion for landmine work. Using this and the various row handles make it feel almost the same as a dedicated t-bar row machine. Haven't tried it for landmine belt squats or loading pin belt squats but would likely work for that as well. One thing to be aware of is if you have low(er) ceilings in your gym and you are tall, this does give a boost to your height.

For the price this is an absolute deal. Easy to assemble and super sturdy. 100x better than just normal Landmine T bar rowing.

this is a very useful platform if you have a landmine. It makes back rows very convenient. I rig it up to do belt squats too -- slightly harder without a way to rack and unrack it, but with lighter weights./higher reps very do-able. one gripe - the base is slightly warped so that one foot is not completely on the ground. it rocks in some positions with lighter weight - but when doing anything reaosnably heavy its basically flattened out.
