This Multiple Grip Pull-Up Bar has one center bar extending into a handle on each side and a set of parallel bars. Many different pull-up grips are available with these available surfaces depending on which muscle groups you want to work. The comfortable padded foam handles are easier on the hands than knurled surface bars and work better with bare hands than with gloved ones. Mounting at a height just at the tips of your fingers allows you to do pull-ups without touching the ground. Additionally, the center bar is perfect for use as a mounting place for resistance bands.

“Had to buy 2x4 boards to strengthen the wall. But pull up bar is perfect. I use all three ( chin ups, wide grip, and narrow grip.) for the price it works great!”

“I installed this into a cement wall in our basement and I needed to buy multiple large drill bits for the holes which took hours to drill using a hammer drill. Then when I went to hammer them into the wall the screws and the collets around them became deformed so I had to work really hard to get this installed.”

“This is supposed to be for the adjustable depth pull-up bar, but both links take me here. I bought both and the 3 position is fine. For the adjustable depth, the package arrived totally beat up, through the exterior card board and marred the surfaces of all corners of the frame. It’s like I bought the thing used and in rough shape. Would’ve sent back but it would probably cost me as much to ship it back as a refund would be. Probably done with Titan purchases.”

“As previous reviews have said, the bolts that come with this bar are for installation into a concrete wall. You'll need 8 lag screws or bolts if you want to secure this to wood. Other than that, it's perfect!”
