“The wide grip larger sphere are killer! Solid pull-up bar, makes the rack look bad ass, and adds variety. No movement with pull-ups and I can hook ab straps to it nicely. I've even hung my 100# heavy bag to it for some upper body HIIT workouts and it did great even with heavy punching.”

“This is a quality piece for the price especially if it's on sale along with a coupon. I bolted this on my Rogue RML-390F rack and it fits perfectly. The only issue is you will have to size down two of the bolts to a smaller size because they are offset from the holes a little. You can still use the two larger bolts which I believe are the 7/8" bolts(I forget) along with using two smaller bolts. It's still rock solid and doesn't move. I weigh 240lbs and do chins with 60lbs and it doesn't budge. I have no issues with the power coating, it's sufficient and works. I was going to buy the Rogue unit but it's $250 shipped which is hard to justify when I sagged this for $70 shipped....”

No better way to extend the olympic lift capabilities of the T-3 with the body weight workout you can get from working on this pull up sphere from many different angles.”
