The Small Pull-Up Bar is designed as an adjustable stud-mounted 8 FT max ceiling mount or wall mount. Crafted from 14-gauge steel with the pull-up bar slots measuring at either 10-inches or 14-inches from the mounting point, so you can easily adjust the chin-up/pull-up bar to the appropriate height for your needs. Perform exercises to strengthen your back, upper body, and lateral muscles. Rated at a 350-pound weight capacity, this durable wall-mounted pull-up bar is a great strength accessory to add to an existing gym or instantly turn a room into one.

“I ceiling mounted this pull up bar. It fit perfectly on my studs and came with the lugs, which I appreciated. I like the bar diameter as it doesn’t feel too big, so I’m able to get a full grip around. I highly recommend!”

“This pull-up bar worked great for mounting to the ceiling in my basement gym. I was looking for a lower profile, fixed bar that would work with my ~8 ft ceiling. This works perfect in my limited space. Efficient design with the box tubing and a nice heavy bar that feels solid while doing pull ups and hangs. The instructions are vague, but I drilled some additional holes in the support arms to align with my joists (holes are not 16" on center), but the included lags were solid for the connections.”

“Easy to install and feels solid in the wall. I originally bought it for the cieling, but the joists didn't line up where I wanted it. Customer support said it would work on the wall too and it feels great!”
