The Medium Pull-Up Bar by Titan Fitness® is designed as an adjustable stud-mounted 9 FT max ceiling mount or wall mount. Crafted from 14-gauge steel with the pull-up bar slots measuring at either 15-inches or 23-inches from the mounting point, so you can easily adjust the chin-up/pull-up bar to the appropriate height for your needs. Perform exercises to strengthen your back, upper body, and lateral muscles. “Solid construction. Fast delivery. Everything included you need maybe. Mounting on ceiling is a little tricky. I used 2x4 for more support. Must get it straight to fit bar correctly in place. Once installed works great for 9ft. ceiling.”

“This bar installed easily... fit perfectly... and while I was nervous about the height, it is perfect! About 6" over my fingertips so I can use it for burpees-to-target (UGH!) too!”

“I've been using the pull-up bar for a few weeks and have done multiple Murphs with and without kipping and with a 20 lb weight vest. I weigh 185 and the bar is mounted to ceiling "studs" in my garage. The bar is totally solid. I especially like the bar larger circumference is very comfortable for my grip.”

“Works great, had to put up extra two by fours to make it fit in the ceiling with the studs but it works perfectly, I am probably going to do 100,000 pull-ups on it over the next 20 years”

“I been remodeling a house and the items was delivered which I received 1 box and being extremely busy I didn’t open it and left it as thinking they packed 2 in 1 box to save on shipping but when I opened it only 1 was in the box and never received the 2nd”
