Crafted from 14-gauge steel with the pull-up bar slots measuring at either 31-inches or 39-inches from the mounting point, so you can easily adjust the chin-up/pull-up bar to the appropriate height for your needs. “Not sure if it’s a hardware or materials issue but the bar “rolls” slightly when doing pull ups. Much like one of those street performers who time you to see how long you can hang on to a bar as it oscillates back and forth. Not ideal, but hey it’s bolted to the ceiling of my garage so whattayado. I’ve tried simple things to tighten the screws or fix the rolling but nothing.”

“10'.5" ceiling. Strong and solid..my 15y.o.a. swings from in to train for pole vaulting.... doesn't move or budge!”

“The build quality is good, but this item is only partially adjustable. If your ceiling trusses are not on 24-inch centers, you’ll need to open up the holes on the part/bracket that holds the pull-up bar to pass entirely through.”

“Pull-up bar mounting hole spacing is 46”, not 48”, which is standard hoist spacing. If you’re willing to install additional lumber to install, I’m sure it will work fine. Another thing worth noting, after reaching out to customer service and reaching the conclusion the product won’t install as intended, they’ll make you pay to ship it back!”
