“The bar itself has a good diameter and grip. I mounted it around a door, so needed to mount the brackets to studs 35 inches apart. The ability to mount the brackets are any distance saved me from having to deal with extra 2x's. I weigh 200 lb, and the bar feels very sturdy when I use it. I was initially concerned about possible sideways motion, but it is solid in that direction also. I would definitely recommend this bar to anybody who wants just a staignt bar.”

“This pull up bar is everything I wanted it to be. It came with the mounting gear which is the main reason I bought from Titan. I focus on calisthenics so a pull up bar is very important to my training. The grip and feel of the bar is better than the gym I had a membership to before. My numbers are about to go up. Highly recommend.”

“I bought the Pull Up Bar not knowing which model I purchased ( there's a 400# and 500# models available). I guess I purchased the 400# model (fine for my weight). As mentioned in one of the previous reviews, the frame for the bar came scratched. Poor packaging, obviously! Rather than send it back, I touched up the "ding" with a black felt pen. The bar itself is a little big in diameter for my hand size, so I retrofitted the bar with a smaller diameter bar. I think Titan should offer the different bar diameters with their Pull Up Bar package. I talked to a customer service representative (whom I could hardly understand), explained the problem and asked for two or three of the white decals that came with the unit. She made excuses for the damaged product and told me she couldn't send me any additional decals. I more than likely, will not make any purchases from Tiatan. I would like one of the T-2 racks, but whould be very nervous about purchasing it without seeing it in person first. Thank you, John G”
