“They don't check the products after they come off the assembly line. They put screw holes on the wrong side of one of the parallettes. So one side might be higher off the ground than the other because the rubber groove side is supposed to be facing down. Other than that, it would have been a great product.”

“Product arrived at doorstep with lots of surface rust. Upon further inspection, rust appeared far worse inside bolt holes. Additionally, one of the bolts and/or nuts had warped threaded. Titan was contacted and only offered a $20 discount. Discount was barely enough to cover out-of-pocket expenses for a bolt extractor kit and touch-up paint. Therefore, discount was not much of a deal. Pleaded with Titan to offer at least $40 off to compensate for time and trouble in having to deal with this. Titan declined to raise discount, and weeks later still waiting on the measly $20 that was offered. Cannot recommend this product or Titan as a serious fitness brand. Folks, you’re better off saving money and spending a little more to shop from competitors. Strongly recommend competitor that’s starts with a “R” and end with a “P”.”
