“Item was dinged, staind and just overall busted up. The box looked like a crime scene lol. Dip bars are sturdy and I trust them though. I bought a brand new item and may have been sent scratch and dent. Not sure. Still happy with the product, but this is definitely something to open on your porch before bringing inside. Note, if your bases thread in crooked, back out the screws, twist the bases in the opposite direction of the twist and retighten. I did this a few times over a week (they will work themselves back a lil) and they straightened out. If they're really crooked I wouldn't try this fix, but mine were just a lil bit off and this kept me from having to return them. They work fine now.”

“The dip stand works as advertised however it was shipped with rust already forming on the bottom of the posts.”

“The material is solid but the legs are wobbly and the return process is a nightmare! I hurt myself on the stands and I'm thinking about reaching out to an attorney because this company is making it impossible to get a refund for the item. I have been trying to return it for two weeks now. I think that they are trying to wait for the 30 day return period to come up.”
