“Extra strong for any Hercules and sturdy for dips, tricks or in our case- assisted lunges and squats for beginners with balance issues. It is stable and fun. We have elders using it as a grip with a step platform inside for strengthening legs. Nice for modified push ups, laying down rows with easy to tie resistance bands. When bored some numnut stretched a sling between the 2 sides and made a “rocking chair”. Great piece for dip training as intended and fantastic equipment for the completely out of shape BMI of 35 elderly. And with imagination and willingness to try this can get their body in motion once again.”
