I replaced my inversion table with these so I could free up some space in the garage gym. I use these to give me some traction on the back. You can also do sit ups inverted witch is a challenging exercise. These are well worth the 40$ .

I have on-and-off back issues, some of which I believe result from spinal compression due to heavy weights during squats, etc. I was considering getting an inversion table until I saw these on Titan's website. I figured at this price, it was worth giving these a try before shelling out a couple hundred dollars or more on a quality table. When I received them, I wasn't entirely sure how to put them on properly because they didn't include any instructions. I figured the hooks should probably be on the back of my ankles, so I put them on that way, got them hooked over my pull-up bar, and then very tentatively lowered myself until hanging vertically. Getting myself set up in that position was a rather awkward experience, but once I was hanging, I felt surprisingly secure. I have only used them for the purpose of decompressing my spine so far (for which they're great), but I'm sure they would hold up to actual exercises, like inverted ab crunches.

So Titan has dropped the ball plenty of times, in my own personal experience. However, I must admit, these inversion boots are the best thing I had ever purchased from them. They're built very well, durable and made to last. I've had these for a few years now and they're still going strong as ever. I'm a bigger guy at 300lbs on a bad weekend and these don't budge an inch when I'm upside down or coming back up. Well done Titan. Well done.

I've used an old pair of inversion boots and these are a nice upgrade. The padding is nice and thick and it made it relatively painless to use. Be ready if you do this though, I thought I was going to rip through several sets, and after about 10 sit ups I thought I was going to have to scream till my wife came out and helped me off the bar.
