“This Y-dip attachment is seriously heavy duty came already assembled ready to be put on the rack. I like that you only have to use one safety pin to secure it to the rack. This thing is heavy, so make sure you do some curls to be able to handle these 3 x 3 attachments. This stuff is seriously overbuilt.”
