“The worst customer interaction I may have ever had. Did not acknowledge the absence of the pin size in the specifications. Unreasonable and would not pay for the return. UPDATE YOU DESCRIPTION WITH NEW SPECS THAT INCLUDES THE PIN SIZE. Multiple people have had the issue and no change and won’t pay for the return. What will it take? Update to include the size.”
