Replacement Mini Bands for Vice Grip Trainer Reviews

4.3 Rating 16 Reviews
Read Titan Fitness Reviews

This multi-pack is compatible with the Vice Grip Trainer and comes with four pairs of color-coded resistance bands. Measuring 12", these mini bands double as fit loop bands when used independently and are optimal for increasing flexibility and strength by adding tension to lower body movements that require short bursts of movement, such as squats and hip thrusts. Featuring a loop design, these bands are also great for targeted rehab work, physical therapy, and mobility training.

Red = Light resistance (15-30 lb. resistance) for stretching and bending.
Black = Medium resistance (40-70 lb. resistance) for strength training and calisthenics.
Purple = Strong resistance (60-100 lb. resistance) for strength training.
Green = Ultra-resistance (70-120 lb. resistance) for intermediate or light-weight beginners.

Made with durable and non-toxic latex, these bands are odorless, anti-slip, and wear-resistant, so your bands won’t lose elasticity over time!

Not a good investment. I have 41" resistance bands and I love them as they make for a great setup on my deadlift pegs, squats, and bench. Other than pre-workout stretching, I'm dumbfounded at how to use 12" bands and there are almost no resources online about using 12" bands with weightlifting other than some guy standing on these bands while he deadlifts. I've really enjoyed many Titan products and the product isn't deficient, I'm just struggling to find ways to utilize 12" bands into my workouts. I'll keep my investment in 41" bands moving forward.

The bands are just what I was hoping for. They are in multiple increments and are all made uniformly and with great quality. Definitely worth the purchase

We use these bands on our T-3 rack, mostly for dip and pull-up assistance.

I've attached a band profile from the band pegs in my titan x2 rack in a deadlift configuration. So the bands are doubled up... lots of pressure! Graph shows lbs vs. inches of travel for each set of bands. This is using two bands against a power bar.

The mini bands work great and compliment my large band set. Can't beat the price
