“Does what it is suppose to; cuts out noise on many lifts and drops. Quality material and padding. Will last a long time in a home gym. Pads are big so you need to set up carefully to still be able to keep feet in ideal position and bar will roll off it dropped too close to edge. Overall, I would recommend if you need to cut down on noise.”

“Everything is fine with the sale. My question is ,and it may be all my fault,but I can not do deadlifts with pads as they are too thick.Am I using them wrong?”
