Inverted Vertical Leg Press Machine Reviews

4.7 Rating 201 Reviews
Read Titan Fitness Reviews

This vertical leg press machine allows you to rest on your back and lift the load directly above your hips to isolate your lower body. That means you can work your quads, calves, glutes, and hamstrings from your home gym without putting stress on your back and shoulders. With an adjustable starting height, this machine is ideal for athletes of all sizes with a choice between four starting points – and features three weight plate horns that fit 45 LB Olympic weight plates. Plus, a diamond-plated footplate provides non-slip performance while you work out. Crafted with durable steel and thick padding, this machine is built for long-lasting comfort.
NOTE: Extra lubrication may be needed on the plate horns for a smooth slide.

Another great purchase from Titan Fitness. Easy to assemble. You will need lubricant for an easy glide. WD40 works just fine.

I love this leg press. It really works the quads and hand well. I can do both legs or single legs. I would have given it five stars but the assembly directions didn't match up with the tools Titan provides you. I had to run to the hardware store to buy nuts and bolts. I put the machine together by fit rather than by instructions because they didn't match the provided tools

Very convenient and sturdy. Spray a little silicone on the pistons, allows you to push 300 pounds safely.

I didn't get instructions, but assembly wasn't complicated and took less than 20 minutes. The bushings they use are pretty sticky and require some lube and break in before the carriage will glide relatively smoothly. Unlike a 45 degree press, if you want to do single leg presses, you have to press in the center of the foot plate. The bushings will bind if you push on one side. Not a big deal really, just worth noting. The foot plate is TINY! My heels and toes stick out on both sides of the plate, and the plate is pretty slick. Four people have used it so far, and all four complained about it immediately. I would have given 5 stars if the plate had been larger, or at least less slippery.

Functions exactly advertised. Plus, no low back strain. Easy to use. Easy to build, even though the directions were completely mislabeled. Squirt the shafts with some silicone lubricant & no problems. Glides well. Sturdy. Less weight needed versus a sled since plates are vertically above, against gravity.
