Great piece of equipment and easy to put together. Doesn't take up too much room either

I would have gave this 5 stars but if you happen to be vertically challenged getting 45lbs plates off of the machine is a challenge. I stood on my bench to manage. Going forward I will put something between the plates because getting my fingers underneath the top plate was tricky. No room between the bar the plates sit on to maneuver.

The reviews on this were really good on the vertical Leg Press, and I liked the footprint/price point, so I gave it a shot. However, I am not impressed with it now that I've had a chance to use it a few times. Because of how small it is, and the angle that you are pressing from, you can't get a really good range of motion when bringing the weight down like you can on a normal leg press machine. The plate that your feet push on is very narrow, which means you can't plant and push with evenly distributed weight on your feet. With legs fully extended, the machine feels wobbly and actually a little unsafe. The most weight I had on it was 185 pounds and it was wobbly. Not even close to the 400 lbs it says it can hold. That is even with the weights evenly distributed across the 3 mounts on top. I'm 6' 1" and I feel like I have the machine at the very top of their range when my legs are fully extended, which leaves them feeling unstable at the top. You can definitely get in a light workout with this machine, but I'm not yet convinced that it is better than other leg workouts in a home gym that you can do with free weights. If I could do it all over, I would probably save up for more of a commercial leg press and just make room for it in my garage.

Well built and does the job. I like the design and the quality metal it's made from.

Love it. No reason to be concerned about a little sway as it does not affect the movement. 400 lbs is more than enough to be challenging too. Great space saving affordable option.

This vertical leg press is in my opinion superior to a regular leg press. You absolutely work hamstrings and quads better. The most important thing to remember is to make sure your back stays supported by the press. No need to go super heavy. In fact, I would discourage it. I have other Titan Fitness equipment. Titan Fitness continues to give better value "better bang for the buck" than other home gym equipment providers. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Thanks, Titan!

This machine works great. I have had no problems. Machine works knees to lower back and you also can do upside down calf raises. Recommended!

I have limited space and budget so a regular leg press is kind of out of the question. The base has 8 bolts securing it. I was only able to get 4 to line up but even so, it works great no issues. I'm happy with the product.
