The Reverse Hyperextensions Lower Body Machine or H-PND is constructed to tighten and tone your body for the highest level of performance. This hyperextension will target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves while helping increase the flexibility of your hips. Furthermore, you can use the machine to do pull-throughs and single-arm rows. Crafted with an all-steel frame, the H-PND features a hefty pad, a loadable Olympic-sized weight plate sleeve, durable steps, grip handles, a hyper strap, spring collars, and rubber feet. Additionally, we have included a cross brace to increase the difficulty. With the H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weightlifting, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“I've wanted a reverse hyper for a long time, but wasn't willing to spend the money. Now with this model, I was able to afford to add this to my home gym. It arrived well padded in two boxes, no damage to any components. This thing is a beast! Solid, heavy, huge but worth it. I was able to assemble it in about 90 minutes, went together easily. This targets my posterior chain, exactly what I'm looking for after some lower back injuries over the years. Thanks to Titan for making an affordable machine.”

“This piece of equipment has quickly become the crown jewel of my home gym. I use it to build my posterior chain, but the real value is in the active decompression. After a heavy squat session, these take away the back pain that used to be a regular occurrence. Priceless!”

“This machine is solid. I have always wanted one for my gym for years and members and clients are amazed with it. It has cured many bulging discs here. “The H-PND lives up to its fame! This is not just a piece of gym equipment but a great investment to maintaining your health and fitness especially for older athletes. All but eliminated my right hip pain from heavy dead lifting. This discomfort lingered since 2005. Just like anything else you must work it regularly. Recommend this equipment to anyone who wants to optimize their standards of healthy living.”
