“Works real good , I have noted critical assessment on how it it performs on You Tube . I disagree . It hits the hamstrings and Quads as well as any machine I have ever used. My Background is in the PT Department and as a Personal trainer and 52 years of Bodybuilding. Non steroid , no Drugs , no Gear. From Nautilus to universal and all points in between. Takes up less space, and it is hard to cheat unlike a lying Leg curl.”
