Love the feel of the machine and quality but the designers missed the mark by only allowing 75% range of motion before the machine hits its stop at the top. Needs a redesign. I am going to modify mine to make it have full range of motion but for this price I should not be taking a saw to my new machine

Beyond impressed with this machine. Better resistance with the bicep curl bs the tricep extension but your still able to get good resistance in the last 3rd of the extension

The bicep Tricep curling machine is well built. I was able to put it together myself following the instructions on their website. This is a well built heavy duty machine. I got a great workout in as soon as I got it together, love it.

I feel it would be better to include paper assembly instructions with this item. Also the transition from bicep to tricep is a little cumbersome..

The bicep movement is great and its well made solid feel to it and comfortable, we are finding it hard to find a comfortable setting to properly target the tricep muscles. There seems to be a design flaw that makes the tricep movement difficult to do without getting off the seat and leaning into the movement. The bicep movement could also use one more setting to get a full contraction at the top of the movement.

I really like this machine! I did have an issue during assembly. One of the bolts wouldn’t go in correctly and two end caps were missing. It was a manufacturing issue and Titan sent me another unit. Customer service was great! The only other thing I’d like to mention is while using the machine, at to peak of the exercise sometimes you reach the stopper before you have truly reached your peak. But I learned to lean forward and let my arms hang down lower so that then I can reach full contraction.
