This plate-loaded seated row machine maximizes your range of motion during rows for a killer back, arm, and shoulder workout - all while building core strength and improving posture. By providing body stability with a seated design, all your effort goes towards building a rock-solid back. This plate-loaded system has two Olympic weight sleeves for progressive overload and is rated at 270 LB. That means you can increase your resistance over time for continuous muscle growth. Choose from two grip styles (vertical and horizontal) and six different arm width positions (wide or narrow) to target and isolate specific muscles for bigger gains in less time. This machine features an adjustable padded seat with six height settings, a comfortable chest pad with five adjustable angle settings, and extra-thick padded foot braces for optimal comfort and flawless execution. This unit is constructed with durable powder-coated steel, non-slip rubber feet, and bolt-down holes for concrete anchors.

I really like the machine. One thing I wish they added was a foot holder upfront. The pads on the back side make it awkward. Especially when adding heavy weight. But overall. Very nice.

Does the job. Doesn’t take up to much space. And a strong back is essential to a strong body. This will help along the way

The Titan Fitness Plate-Loaded Seated Row is a very nice machine that gets the job done but does have some shortcomings. First, the Base Frame on the one I purchased has a medium-sized piece of metal missing, creating an approximately 1/4" deep hole, where it curves. I hope that over time the hole does not compromise the unit structurally. Second, as another reviewer mentioned, the Chest Cushion is relatively small, especially considering that very likely many individuals using this machine have a muscular deep and wide chest, and, thus, does not fully support my chest. Overall, I'm happy with the machine but, of course, I wish the two issues I mention were not present.

One thing I like about titan products is no matter how complicated they may seem they’re all pretty easy to assemble this machine does take up some space but over great machine, two things I’d watch out for, the chest piece is pretty stiff maybe extra padding would do and the rubber part under the handle bars that suppresses the slamming from metal to metal could warp quickly overall I’m very happy with it
