We make sure that all items delivered are packaged securely so as to survive the rigors of transit. I have had a chance to check and I can see that one from our team has reached out on 09/06 and keyed a full replacement which was tagged delivered on 09/08. “It works great and I got lucky that it came in one piece the idiots who delivered it completely destroyed the box there were holes in the box and stuff was almost falling out I would just go to the store and pick it up”

“Can’t tell you how well the thing works because the thing was missing pieces. Customer service never sent new ones so I’ve had to piece together hardware on my own. Seems unstable and there were chips missing from pieces so it looks bad too. Would not recommend.”

“I’m 6’2” and this stand is just a bit too short for the heavy bag. The speed bag stand is of a good height but loosens constantly. My plan is to epoxy the plastic ring in place to keep some stability in the speed bag stand.”

“There is a major design flaw in the speed bag arm. The adjuster spin interferes with the bag during use forcing you to use it from the side and not the front making the speed bag arm loose and unstable. The adjuster pin should be rotated 90 degrees so it doesn’t interfere with the bag.”

“Other Titan fitness equipment works for my needs, but this is probably their worst product I’ve purchased. Nothing seems lined up, the pieces isn’t formed well (so it can’t be bolted together), and the powder coat is cheap. I’d avoid this product!”
