Ordered this as an accessory to my X-3 Flat Foot 82” power rack. Needed the alternating hand positions for different pull ups and it works amazing. Be careful to make sure that the handles are locked in so you don’t pinch your fingers. Pretty self-explanatory for use. Easy to install. Highly recommend.

I have owned both the multi grip and sphere grip pull-up bars and this adjustable handle is easily my favorite. Create the positioning you want for shoulder friendly pull-ups or just for variety. I like the knurling and handle diameter, perfect for grip. Solid product, happy with my purchase.

This is an amazing product very ingenious design, even a total clutz like me installed it in my Titan X3 cage, and tested it in within 1 hour. The handles are perfect size slide horizontally in/out and rotate in fixed horizontal position also. Here is my video ! I was trying to figure out how to MacGyver my own version of this pull up bar ever since I saw the (expensive) original version so I bought this as soon as I saw it here at this price. It takes about 15 minutes to install in either horizontal or vertical mounting position. The handles are adjustable every 45 degrees and infinitely adjustable in width so anyone can find their comfortable or effective position. I haven't done weighted pull ups yet but I'm sure that I won't be testing the limits. I'm 5'8", 155lb and I only add 90 lb to my pull ups. The tube is 11 gauge, the mounts are thicker and the handles are a surprisingly great feeling knurled and powder coated 1" solid steel rod. My cons are the handles feel like they have too much slop but once you're hanging they're solid. The handles are 1" so they hurt my hands. I wrap fat grips around the handles but my weak grip gives out before I get my back warmed up. If the same finish was on 1.25" - 1.33" diameter handles it'd be perfect in my opinion. The last thing is the handles are about 5" below the straight pull up bar. I'm 5'8" and I have a short X-3 and I really have to consciously bend my knees with these. I have a T-3 tall rack on order that this will be perfect on. So far, the only improvement for v2 I can see is making the handles thicker. Otherwise this is the pull up bar to get.

Great Pull up Bar. There are bolt stops that allow handles to come out so you can use the mount vertically or horizontally (see the manual). Love the handle positions. There is knurling on the handle which will eventually chew up your hands after a while so plan ahead to avoid this doesn't stop you from working out.

I love pull-ups. A straight bar is mice and all, but when I want to crank out high volume and not have to worry about wrist pain, these are it. I only use two different handle positions for pull-ups and chin-ups. This is a great product and fits my X3 rack with no issues.
