“Love this. I recently broke my left ankle and this machine has transformed my rehab. I'm six weeks out from surgery and am cleared for some weight-bearing exercises, and the tib "raises" I can do on this are the single biggest improver of my ankle flexibility so far. I get excellent range of motion on it so it is stretching my ankle well at a time when everything is otherwise very tight. I can walk 10,000 steps after using this; maybe a third of that before using it. This particular machine is better than others I considered because 1) it allows you to use both feet at the same time, 2) it is built like a tank; I will never need another tib machine given I can't imagine I could ever do anything to damage this one; 3) it came fully assembled; I was using it within 2 minutes of taking it out of the box; 4) reasonably priced given the functionality and build quality (and shipping...this thing is heavy); and 5) more than enough room for growth; I could put more 10 pound change plates on here than I could ever hope to "lift". Very, very happy with it.”

“Fantastic machine, you can use it for one foot or both. That was the deciding factor for me. And it’s super heavy duty, I can load that thing up as much as I want without any issue. The only thing that is tough is you have to buy smaller Olympic size weights. My regular weights are too big. They lift the starting point for the machine too high. So you will need to use smaller plates or buy some smaller or build something that lifts it off the floor and use the big weights. But then you would have to also lift up whatever you are standing or sitting on also. :) other than the weights issue, fantastic machine, highly recommend it”

“I have ordered a number of tibilias machines for training clients and for my own studio. The standard for this type of machine once made by Hammer. The Titan device is a very well made product that compares to the Hammer at less than 1/3 price. The tibilias is an important muscle to train for balance for all athletes and especially for older adults.”
