“Fantastic Machine”

“My old gym had the Hammer Strength version of this machine. It was designed for unilateral movement, thus much smaller. I was surprised and how large and heavy the Titan version was when it arrived. It is very solid and well constructed. It is large enough for both bilateral and unilateral movement. It does have one flaw, 25lb plates touch the ground and prevent the machine from returning to its designed resting point. The weight horns are long enough to load up on 10lb plates instead, but I don't have enough for that. In addition, the price has doubled in the past 2-3 years. $100->$200(current)”

“Solid build. The only other one that I know of is from Hammer Strength at more than double the price. I’ve heard the strength curve is better on hammer but haven’t tried so can’t say. I can definitely make this one work for me and my clients. An instructional video on Titan site would be helpful.”

“GREAT!!! Machine... I have been using it for the last 3 weeks, and already have Good results, and its is very comfortable for your feet to use. Infact, i can perform half reps after my main set with no foot discomfort, which translates into more muscle growth... I bought it don't hesitate to buy it your self...you won't regret it... P.S. I do recommend sitting up higher than a regular bench height...”

“Good product. Although it doesn’t affect utility, you can hear metal shavings trapped in the tube steel either from the cut joints or when the bolt holes were drilled. Other than that it’s great.”
