“The reverse hyper portion of this works really well no complaints really. The ghr portion is decent, the pad is a little uncomfortable on the quads but a yoga mat or some towels seems to remedy this, perhaps an option to somehow swap in a traditional ghr pad could be a useful change or upgrade. Assembly was okay but the instructions are pretty bad and have multiple inaccuracies or omit steps entirely for certain parts, I was also missing a few washers and bolts from my order but a trip to the hard store fixed that. Titan customer service was excellent and they offered to send me new parts to replace what’s missing or reimburse me for my trip to the hardware store. Overall for the price point this is a tough machine to beat for its versatility”

“Better quality than previous Titan products, the GH/H-PND had no issues out of the box, assembled easily and works well. I can't imagine paying $1-2,000 more for similar products and being any more satisfied for a home gym. The only critique so far is pretty minor. While there are steps on the front to make it easier to get in position for reverse hypers there is no cooresponding steps on the rear for the GHD/back extension position. I'm 6'1" and the center beam is a bit high either as a step or to step over.”

“It's been a great product to use. Only knock, there were a few basic washers that were shorted in the pre-packaged equipment for set up. If there was an small package of petential "extra" pieces would be cool to see. WORKS GREAT!”

“Shipped fast, very sturdy and does what it's supposed to do. Outside of a slight discrepancy between individual steps and overall diagram, assembly was straight forward and easy as well!”

“the machine takes up about of space so not ideal for a garage gym, the arms shake a lot when you’re holding them doing the reverse hyper which isn’t good. the pad used for the GHD is also very shaky and super tight to get your feet into it based on how big you are. the actual reverse hyper function could be better; the strap that goes around your legs is cheaply made and a bit too short because it’s hard to get your feet into them once you’re already laying across the pad. the silver clips that came with the machine don’t fit snugly to hold the weight plates in place either.”

“Loving my new machine. It closely resembles the reverse hyper extension, plus offers the GHD. Strong, stable and quality build! Great piece for price! If you're an athlete looking for gains in athletic performance and speed this piece of equipment is best bang for your buck!! May need at padat knees to do Glute Ham Raises depending on your height. Made for someone 6ft and taller.”
