“The linebacker is great for quite a few different exercises such as shoulder press ,leg squats, shrugs and with the swivel handles even over head press just to name a few. The line backer is great to have in your arsenal of exercise equipment. I use an axel bar to attach it to my squat rack and put the weights on the end of bar instead of on the sides. The stand allows you to get under the bar without having to lift it from the floor up.”

“Great product, my only wish is that the stand had some sort of rubber pads on the bottom so that it didn't slide around on the floor as it does slide a little at time when placing a bar with weights & the attachment.”

“This is a great product. For those working with a garage gym, it allows some variety for leg workouts, as so many of us depend on barbell squats alone. It’s seems well made, and it was easy to put together. My only complaint is that I wish I knew ahead of time that I would need to shell out $40 for collars that will fit this thing. I really wish I could figure out why various companies (not just Titan) build their speciality bars with 1.9” sleeves. Also, I have an axle bar from Titan that is supposedly 1.9” (I love it), but my regular collars fit the axle bar, but not these sleeves. Despite this, I picked up some axle collars from another company, and I really like them.”

“I love the linebacker squat ability. Pros: can squat deep, and does not hurt my knees. Cons-Unit spins and is hard to apply weights to the posts when lifting alone. Also the holder should have some rubber. My garage floor is not quite level in the exact spot I need to place it and it slides if not placed directly. since most people will be in a garage gym setting a think rubber bottom to absorb slight differences in levelness would be appreciated. Highly recommend.”

“We load this “death machine” up and do front and back squats with it. Works great with my landline and fits on all Olympic bars. Loading it up does require two people so it doesn’t tip. But it is a game changer for my home gym. This targets more areas than just the regular landline does not.”
