Target every major muscle group with this versatile functional trainer. This machine mimics real-life movements, engaging multiple muscle groups for full-body strength training - and comes with a multi-grip pull-up bar, lat bar, dual stirrups, and a low row station. Fiberglass-reinforced pulleys provide fluid pulls for a full range of motion and let you customize your workouts for both strength and endurance. The 1:1 ratio maximizes the weight load to build strength during resistance-focused exercises, while the 1:2 ratio offers a lighter feel for more controlled movements to reduce joint strain during high-rep exercises.
Constructed with rugged steel and a wide base, this cable machine stays rock-solid through even your toughest workouts and features dual Olympic weight sleeves that hold up to 660 LB, allowing you to increase resistance and continually challenge yourself as you get stronger.
This compact machine is ideal for anyone needing a full range of exercises in a limited space - and includes all the essential attachments for a versatile routine, including a tricep rope, ankle strap, d-handle straps, lat bar handle, and low-row handle.

Great, affordable, cable machine and solid build. Assembly of cables is a bit of a pain if you’ve never done it before. If you’ve already got plenty of plates lying around and limited space this could is a good option. Cables are smooth and comes with pretty much all the attachments you need. Works great in our basement with limited ceiling height and space.

It's okay, lots of resistance at low weights

Hi! Thanks for your feedback! We're glad you gave it a try. The added resistance at lower weights can be helpful for some, but we understand it might not suit every user. We appreciate your input and will keep it in mind for future improvements! Please reach us at info@titanbrands.com if you require further assistance.

Easy assembly and well built. Not the smoothest feeling cables I’ve used but still good quality. Lat pulldown and straight bar attachments are pretty cheap and replaced immediately. D Handles, rope and ankle strap are better quality.

Setup can take a while but it’s well worth it. A weight stack could be nice but the cost savings for the plate loaded version are unbeatable. Quality of rack, pulleys, and included attachments are great!

**pay for the insurance, take pictures of the boxes when you get them** The machine has yet to be used fully, I am currently missing the sliding handles (didn't come in the boxes) which means I can only use the low row and lat pull down part, but it's smooth. The instructions were not great but I was able to follow them and assume certain things. At one point I had to go back through the build to find the place I used a longer bolt vs a smaller one but I got it done. The claims process for missing pieces could of been worse, I paid for the insurance and after talking to Titan Fitness they directed me to use the insurance (that's for the machine getting damaged in transit) to get a piece the company forgot to pack. But the insurance company was fast and resolved it quickly, which is more on that company "Route" than Titan.
