Everything was packaged very well and nothing was damaged upon arrival. Would highly recommend this specific piece of equipment, it was an extremely high value for the price.”
“This machine was a step up for me from the Inspire Fitness FTX. The heavier weight stacks, increased width, aluminum pulleys, etc. are all good upgrades. Assembly was pretty easy and simple, though a couple minor steps were not included in the instructions. Motion is pretty smooth not buttery smooth. I think I may need to lube the pulleys. Guide rods are fully lubed and very smooth. I'm certain the bit of friction/rubbing I'm feeling is in a few of the pulleys. The only downsides of this machine for me are that I wish it had center high pulleys and center low pulleys with a foot plate at the back of the machine to make pull downs and rows better. I would love to see the addition of center pulleys and cabling like the Rep Ares has. In all, I believe it is good value.”

“The instructions for the assembly were generally good with the exception of the footings installation on the ground connected to the bottom of the frame on both sides. Firstly, my unit arrived with one of the four nut/bolt pieces missing while the other 3 were attached at the bottom of the frame (2 on one side and only 1 on the other). I found the missing one at the bottom of the crate. Then the instructions were not clear how to install those footings and i had to do multiple iterations and even now one of the bolts does not fit into the hole at the bottom mod the frame.
For a company that prides itself on precision this was not a good result.”
