This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“It took 2 of us 2 hours to build. I am pretty happy with this piece of equipment. The delivery company they used left it in the street in front of my house and wouldn’t even roll it up the driveway with the pallet Jack. The delivery experience is making me consider twice before ordering from them again. This thing is 650lbs with out the box. Make sure you have a friend to help you when they deliver it. 5 stars on the equipment. Super smooth and nice. 1 star in delivery.”

“I’ve had this for a month now, loving it so far. It is solid, stable, and 200lbs on each stack is heavy. The attachments sites move easily with one hand. I was also pleased that it came with a bar, rope, soft handles, hard handles, and a v grip attachment. Wasn’t too hard to assemble. But one step that they didn’t mention is: when attaching the cable to the stack (pulley) you need to undo the bolt that holds the pulley wheel, then oop the cable through- then re- attach wheel of pulley with bolt.”

“Only one negative and that is that i was missing a couple washers in the materials pack for assemble… Assembly requires ability to follow instructions and attention to detail… other than that, this home gym is awesome!!!! Ease of use and smoothness of the plates and pulleys are top notch! Definitely gym quality equipment! Buy one now, you wont regret it!”

“It came very well packaged up in a wood crate. I would suggest, as I did, to be there when it’s delivered so you can ask the freight co driver to place it in your garage exactly where you want it until you are ready to unpack it. You can absolutely not move it once it’s set down! It comes to you in very few parts, so fairly simple to assemble. Took a few hours with 2 of us. Very happy with assembly. I watched videos of other brands and there was a lot more to assemble with the others. Very solid construction. Very sturdy. My is set up on thick rubber gym mats and does not move when using it. Motion is very smooth. Weights and rollers glide like butter. Highly suggest the Titan fitness trainer over others. Would totally buy it again.”
