This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“THIS IS IT!! If you've been looking for a functional trainer made with great quality, sturdy and priced well, look no more. I've patiently waited and researched many over the years and now that I have the space decided on this one. It was shipped quickly, packaged well and assembled fairly easily. My husband and I put this together on a Friday morning. An extra set of hands is definitely the way to go. The assembly manual is online only and can be downloaded. NOTE: The manual lacks any information on hooking up and adjusting the pulley system. My husband figured it out on his own. Also, they include a pouch with stickers from the weight plates (which they don't tell you when to put on) and there is a spray oil included but no explanation of when/where to use. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. Excited to have and use this solid piece of equipment as part of my home gym and IT LOOKS SHARP too!”

“Good equipment for price. Wish it was at least 2in taller with me being 6 foot. Could use better assembly instructions. Pullup bar padding ripped after a few uses. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't send a new one but would give me 5% off my next purchase, problem is I bought all the equipment I need already.”

“With a little help from a YouTube video, i put this trainer together in about 2 hours. It is solid, smooth mechanics, in 10 lb increments. The price includes all of the attachments you will need. Shipping was timely, as well!”

“Machine came packaged in crate to prevent any damages from shipping. It was very easy to assemble. The pulley system transitions and moves smoothly during your workout. I enjoy working out on this machine. I highly recommend this purchase.”
